Botanical Casting & Hearty Spring Salads

After the hugely popular and successful workshop last year, the talented Jenny Radbourne from Wensleydale Botanicals will be joining us again. This time we’ll be capturing Spring in a beautiful botanical casting. You will get to make two castings – one practice piece and then your final cast, both of which you’ll get to take home. This is an opportunity to slow down, relax and enjoy the process of capturing some of natures detail. There’ll be welcome cake and refreshments of course and a two course lunch. I’ll be demonstrating three dishes, focusing on hearty Spring salads with a twist, with lots of make ahead hints and lots of tips on how to get layers, texture and flavour into everyday ingredients. Space is at a premium as you all need a generous working area, so places are limited. £70 per person, including all materials, welcome refreshments and a two course lunch
